The staff was excellent and my kitten "KB" wasn't upset with me leaving him there for a few days. EVERYONE! I interacted with four different women and each one of them were professional. Also, they made me feel I was leaving KB in good hands. The way the staff welcomed me and KB along with explaining everything.
